The Turkish state-controlled missile specialist Roketsan has signed an agreement with the European helicopter house Airbus Helicopters to provide its 70 mm Cirit anti-tank laser guided rocket system for integration to the H135M and H145M combat support light helicopters.

The Cirit guided rocket system was retained to arm the T-129 ATAK and AH-1W Super Cobra attack helicopters being produced by Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii AŞ (TUSAŞ) for Turkish Armed Forces (TSK). It has been also seen integrated to a remote-controlled station (armed with four ready-to-fire rockets) mounted to ACV-series armoured tracked chassis of Turkish FNSS Savunma Sistemleri.
