General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) signed collaborative arrangements with five local Czech Republic companies for potential cooperation on the new Czech Republic tracked armoured vehicle program. GDELS has previously supplied 107 Pandur 2 8×8 armoured vehicles to the Czech Army.

General Dynamics European Land Systems has signed an arrangement with Czechoslovak Group (CSG Group), a Memorandum of Understanding with VOP CZ, and agreements were signed with Letecké Přístroje Praha (LPP), Meopta Systems and Ray Service.

GDELS has been down-selected as a potential candidate for this competitive acquisition project with its tracked armored vehicle ASCOD 2.
