Terma and Marvin Engineering have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) confirming future opportunities for Terma to pursue additional component production beyond their current contracted agreements for the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II fighter jet.

This memorandum states that Marvin Engineering will offer Terma the opportunity for continued component work for the F-35 Lighting II beyond Low Rate Initial Production Lots 9 and 10.

In 2003, Terma entered into a preliminary MoU with Marvin Engineering to manufacture air-to-ground pylons for all three variants of the F-35 Lighting II aircraft.
